  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I placed an order for Mother's day one week prior to the day, only to be called on the Wednesday before Mother's day to be told their driver simply won't be driving that day. The customer service was non-existent - she literally hung up the phone on me simply because I kindly asked for a refund. I was appalled that they wouldn't deliver on Mother's day Sunday even though they had charged my credit card and on the receipt, it says "WE DELIVERY SUNDAYS!!!" - will NEVER give them my business again. The phone representative could not have been more curt and rude, absolutely no desire to work out a solution with me.

  Incredible customer service and superior bouquet quality! Needed the flowers for the next day, they accommodated my request late in the evening and made a prompt delivery the next day!

  And in response to the following comment, switching out one colour i think is understandable, but two out of three is not. The bouquet ordered were three colours, red orange and yellow- and my parents received pink and yellow. Repeating what I said before- you would have kept my business if I had been able to change my order to something suitable for my father as well.

  I gave these guys a budget and asked them to do something special for my customers for Christmas. I got so many "thanks you" back, that here's my THANK YOU to your customer service and designers.

  I ordered the California Sunshine Lily bouquet for a get well soon surprise for my parents mainly because I wanted a bright arrangement that both my Mom and Dad would appreciate. So the colors red, orange and yellow were key. When my mother called me to thank her for the surprise of pink lilies, I was confused- after calling the store I was later informed that they didn't have any red or orange lillies so their default was pink. Had I been called or informed of this before delivery, I would have chosen a different bouquet all together. I am disappointed that there was no communication- the lilies are still nice- just not what i paid for.
