  A very astonishing level of both flagrant incompetence and actually quite insulting thinking I could seriously buy such crazy explanation. At least it made the whole BMW Canbec staff have a good laugh! The pump was leaking.

  After having a bad experience at BMW Canbec and BMW Laval, I tried BMW Ste-Julie and it’s a world apart! Personnaly, it’s the best experience I’ve never had with regard to dealerships. They’re efficient, fast, organized and super gentle. I prefer driving from Montreal to Ste-Julie rather than having to deal with other dealerships again. Keep the good work BMW Ste-Julie, you gave me back faith in customer experience!

  Apparently they are good at selling and delivering new cars, that seems quite right. However, my experience at the service desk was very deceptive and actually quite scary.

  Very good service from the parts department. Went in to look for stock on some older parts and the advisor was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back for other parts or service.

  Then I had a leak with the windshield washer fluid tank and after checking it, I have been told, once again true story, that "I should ONLY use BMW branded windshield washer, that the other brands were too acidic and could deteriorate the seals". Yes, you red well.

  I purchased a 528i X-Drive at BMW Ste-Julie and the process was very satisfying. From my sales rep Julien Fournier to Cédric, Mercedes and Catrine, all were very professional, pleasant to deal with and never pushing any issues which made me want to do business even more with these people.
