  Compared to Lexus of Kelowna, Lexus VIP in Calgary, Lexus of Edmonton and Lexus of Henderson (Nevada), this place sucks (understatement). No barista, no fresh bakery, no smile, no one to hold the door, no one to greet, no one to even say hi. Every body seemed rather depressed ! Nobody looked at me, as if I had a rare disease. C'mon guys. The Lexus experience is supposed to be 10/10, and you are bringing shame to the brand. To the staff: Go see other Lexus dealership in the West. Get some inspiration. The richest people on Earth aren't the one wearing Louis Vuitton and DC. They are the ones in jeans and casual shirt. To anyone looking to get a Lexus: I do not recommend this place. Life's too short to deal with depressed people!

  I cant think of a better dealership than Lexus Park avenue when it comes to the service they give. I had the pleasure of meeting Fares and was amazed with his level of knowledge and overall approach. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend the dealership and Fares for any automotive needs.

  I brought a CPO Lexus from this dealership, initial conversation with the sales person was great. I wanted to pay cash but the dealership forced financing on me which i didn't realize would incur additional admin costs in the loan. So don't fall for you can pay it off any time with no additional cost, there is a hidden admin fees tacked into the loan. I also was sold a remote starter which couldn't be used in Ontario as much as the coverage is mostly for Quebec. The dealership fully knew i was coming from Ontario to purchase this vehicle. And lastly the thing that disappointed me the most, i had a hitch installed by the dealership and noticed a few weeks latter my exhaust was hanging really low. When i took it to an area dealer they said the exhaust was removed from the rear hangers and never put back after the hitch was installed. I contacted park avenue about this and not a word back. It was more of a good bye and good luck type of sale then actually committing themselves to any kind of customer service.
